Recently, a senseless lice toddler death article I read posted on CBS News was quite disturbing. When you read about a toddler dying over a lice treatment, makes me realize the enormity of getting our message out.
Senseless Lice Toddler Death
In the first place, there were many things that should have been done to prevent this senseless tragedy. A toddler dying over a lice treatment is senseless and has me realize the enormity of getting our message out about prevention through the weekly use of Grace’s NitFlix® Shampoo & Conditioning Treatment. “We could have done better,” is usually the feeling that emerges. Not that it boils down to us saving her life; but is a natural way to think coming from my life and death profession of perfusion. Since parents’ choices are obviously their own responsibility. However, this comes from my own internal sense of responsibility to provide a service. Meanwhile, whether it’s tending to a patient in ICU or on bypass in the operating room; it all comes down to caring and preventing any nightmares, even if it’s “just lice” as many professional organizations have expressed ad nauseum.
Wouldn’t it have made sense to keep this whole issue from happening to begin with? That’s where our mission began, after our horrific experience with trying to eliminate lice from my daughter’s and my head.
I’ve done all the hard work for you. All you have to do is use Grace’s NitFlix A-Way With Lice regularly, and you won’t be caught by the unpredictable woes of lice infestation!!
